Did you always know you wanted to be a musician? What made you certain that this was what you wanted to pursue?
I loved music as far back as I can remember, I used to dance and sing for everyone who wanted to see me ! That’s all I really need. I’m doing what I love most and I’m happy that other people get to share those moments. Music and writing songs in general have been my escape. I’m just happy I get to do this now on my path and keep inspiring people and young artists who want to create music.
What inspires you as a songwriter?
I write about my struggles and my happy moments, about situations, and about people in my life who affect me in some way. Two of my favorite topics to write about is female empowerment and owning who you are.
Have there been any moments or milestones in your career that have felt particularly meaningful to you?
Actually, it’s hard to choose. I’ve started when I was 13. I have had many milestones in the last eight years and I have so many new goals. But if I have to choose, it would be winning the MTV EMA five years in a row (2017-2021) and opening Miss Universe last December LIVE. The worldwide broadcast was phenomenal.
What made you want to start making music in English as well?
English was always my second language, I have watched numerous shows in English, studied it in school, and listened to a lot of English music by my music idols Beyonce, Britney, JLo, among others. I want my music to touch all languages. The world is open to different cultures and it’s diverse.
How have you and your music have grown since the start of your career?
I started as a young teen and now I am a young woman, the same with my music, I evolved, I have more to say, and the music helps me express my personal growth.
What are your goals for the coming years?
I want to share my music with as many people as possible. I see myself on any stage possible doing what I love the most. Music is my therapy. And I hope I can help other people with their struggles in life through my music.
Do you have any dream people to collaborate with?
YES, Bieber, Derulo, JLo, Beyonce, Malima, Anita, and Rosalia to name a few.
Are there any projects you are currently working on that our readers should get excited about?
A movie, new music, my next drop for my fragrance, My make up line.. and the biggest project of my life is my show in Tel Aviv, August 24th,which is the biggest venue in Israel (up to 60,000 people). I’m planning so many surprises and special guests. I CAN’T WAIT!
