Sana Jardin offers business skills training for these women to develop and sell their own range of products, including candles and orange blossom water—all derived from the waste of perfume production. They are equipped with the skills and resources they need to increase their income through commerce. The women receive 100% of the proceeds from these products, ensuring that their economic empowerment is genuine and sustainable. Sana Jardin's concept of "flower recycling" within a circular economy shows that luxury businesses can be a force for social change.
The fragrance house also believes that beauty products should be cruelty-free and proudly holds the Leaping Bunny approval. All of Sana Jardin’s scented candles and fragrances are vegan as well, reflecting their dedication to ethical practices.
I was absolutely delighted to receive Sana Jardin's Tiger By Her Side Scented Candle ($65), which is described as being "spicy and arresting." Crafted in frosted glass, this candle beautifully captures the essence of their best-selling Tiger By Her Side perfume. The fragrance draws its inspiration from the mythical high priestesses of ancient Egypt, who were so powerful they could walk alongside tigers as symbols of their extraordinary strength.
As a candle enthusiast, one of my cherished rituals is unwinding at the end of the day by lighting a candle, doing my nighttime skincare, and indulging in my favorite TV show. This candle filled my room with a mesmerizing amber aroma that transported me to a realm of goddess-like serenity. It is infused with the enchanting combination of Moroccan rose and patchouli alongside notes of bergamot, cinnamon bark, benzoin vanilla, frankincense, and labdanum.
