Originating in Italy in 1921, Gucci is a renowned luxury brand that intertwines craftsmanship, creativity, and unconventional design. Gucci pursues a lack of conventionalism through its collections of ready-to-wear, casual everyday wear, leather goods, accessories, jewelry, decor, and more.

Gucci evolved from a small luggage company into a revolutionary leader in the high-end fashion spectrum. Since the 1920s, each decade has upheld a special, wholehearted, and monumental era of design and exploration. From the end of the twentieth century into twenty-first century, Gucci implemented creative directors to bring a new, refreshing take to the Gucci brand identity. In 1994, Tom Ford steered the innovation of Gucci products with avant-garde materialism. From there, Frida Giannini took over in 2006, Alessandro Michele in 2015, and Sabato De Sarno in 2023.

Gucci is the largest brand owned by the Kering Group, with 538 stores worldwide. North America has 112 stores, Western Europe has 103 stores, Japan has 72 stores, and the world has 68 other stores.

On November 16, 2024, Charli XCX performed “360” on Saturday Night Live. The lyrical genius behind “BRAT” wore the Jackie Large Shoulder Bag by Gucci. The Jackie Large Shoulder Bag is composed of soft black grainy leather and silver hardware, enclosed by a piston. With an adjustable main and Web canvas strap, the Jackie bag can be worn for different functionalities.

During her journey to New York City, Charli XCX was also seen in more Gucci apparel and accessories. She wore a black crepe sable dress, accentuated by a halter neckline with a metal bamboo necklace.
